Integrating FeelPeace as part of a user's life

Research shows that to have a positive mindset is to have a healthy lifestyle, like prioritizing sleep, meditating, walking or jogging, and mindfulness exercises. What is mostly recommended is by asking a trusted professional therapist for help when life gets too heavy.

The goal or question comes to mind is:

How can I include the FeelPeace app as part of the user's healing journey?
A solution is to have users track their emotions daily, manage their time efficiently with their tasks, taking the time to write down their thoughts about how they are feeling, and engage in specific mindfulness activities in order to have a positive mindset.

DESIGNS
User Map (Low-Fidelity)
During the first stages of starting the app, my user map attached shows the user map journey. After doing re-sketch and deep critical thinking, I had to made sure the app was not filled with an complicated amount of clicks or taps.

Grayscales (Mid-Fidelity)

By using Figma, The goal after gathering my low-fi wireframes & research, is that I can apply that visual into my grayscales. On top of that, I started prototyping the grayscales to make sure we have an efficient user experience whenever I test my app before it’s finalized.

High-Fidelity
Based on our mid-fidelity wireframes, I approached the final phase in my app, which is the high-fidelity wireframes. There were some minor tweaks that I had to look into, but other than that I wanted to make sure the app was intuitive and straightforward.
Highlighted Features

Body Scan Meditation
Another form of mindful activity that I add was Body Scan Meditation. This exercise guides the user's awareness when they react to any physical sensations or tensions in their body. In other words, being in tune with yourself. This can help the user's awareness rather than to lose their sense of self in the process.

Deep Breathing
Deep breathing calm the user down peacefully whenever things get hard. In terms of the app's usability is that the user would simply just follow along with the exercise, no other extra clicks.

Testing the Mind
Testing the Mind is asking ourselves questions based on our perceptions, and how the tense moments that either affects us or does not affect us. This fosters growth, and self-awareness for the user's brain, and the goal for my app was always for the user to feel present and aware.
Managing tasks
On one of our personas discussing laziness and procrastination, the user can develop better time management by just managing their tasks. The result I wanted out of this feature is to have the user have a healthier mindset throughout with their daily life.

Wellness Journal
(Self-Reflection)
Whenever a user needs to self-reflect, journaling helps boost self-management and release stress. I ask myself as the designer, how can we truly understand the user's feelings?. Which is how I added a mood log and even journalling suggestions integrated into the app as a way to keep in track of the user's emotions.
REVIEW
Review (What I learned)
Gathering information to develop a design plan and solution.
I found it simpler to discuss the user insights and the solutions to their problems for the app. The main thing I had to pin in my mind is that how could these decisions can guide the goal for the product.
What worked, and what I need to improve
What went well
In terms of the product’s goal, I got the design plan & solution of the user journey’s goal covered. I had to consider the product’s goal while developing the app.
What needs to be improved
There were moments in developing this app that I wish I had more time to research, that it would’ve made this app more efficient. Also, if I had real users use my app, we would have had the user experience more effective.
